How it works
- Call or text before you buy, if you can. We'll check that the unit fits your home so you don't buy the wrong one.
- Send the model number and a few photos. Pictures of the install location help us plan the job.
- Get a clear plan. We go over what the install needs, including any extra materials like a line set, electrical work, or a mounting pad.
- We install and start it up. We make the connections, test the system, and show you how it works.
What to check before you order equipment online
- Size. A unit that's too big or too small won't keep your home comfortable. For mini-splits, start with our mini-split sizing guide.
- Electrical. Check the unit's voltage and breaker requirements against your panel and the planned location.
- Refrigerant and matching parts. Newer equipment uses different refrigerants than older systems, and condensers and indoor coils need to be compatible with each other.
- Cold-weather rating. If you want heat from a heat pump or mini-split, make sure the model is rated for Northeast Pennsylvania winters.
- Warranty terms. Some manufacturers have their own installation or registration requirements. Read yours before you buy.
